Autumn equinox woodland well-being and weaving retreat DAY

Hazel Hill is a lovingly managed conservation woodland and education center located around seven miles from Salisbury.
Details The day starts with the opportunity to remember and return to your natural state of being – ‘in relationship with nature.
Sonja for Adore your outdoors will take be guide us through a series of activities including meditation, solo nature-based activities, and group reflection, “it’s easy to reconnect with your childlike sense of fun, fully embrace the wonder of nature, and take a sense of peace away with you” Activities will depend on the weather and could include mindful photography, mindful walking, ‘sit spot’, and building a gratitude gift using natural materials.
Following a delicious lunch, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your sense of belonging and connection to the natural world by weaving with natural materials.
Using plants and other natural materials together we will forage from the woodlands and I will guide you through creating a simple woven structure, or a dream catcher if you’d prefer to create your own.
