Workshop cancellations Short version
I reserve the right to cancel the class if I am unable to run the class due to ill health or bereavement or the venue has to close and we cannot find an alternative venue.
If this happens a new date will be arranged, you will then be given the choice of attending the replacement workshop, receiving a credit note against another workshop or requesting a full refund ( other conditions apply to workshops purchased via alternative organisations )
Canceling your place on a workshop
If you wish to cancel a workshop that has been purchased via another organisations website etc, then your agreement is with them and so there terms and conditions apply.
If you wish to cancel a workshop place which has been purchased via JaxsArts then the following applies
- Two weeks’ cancelation notice must be received to guarantee a full refund, this will be sent to you minus a £10 or 25 % cancelation fee (whichever is greater) to cover the cost of venue hire/ materials. If you wish to attend a future workshop I am happy to provide you with a credit note for the full amount. –
- If you provide less than two weeks notice there will be an additional charge for a % of hall hire costs + If less than one week’s notice is given an additional charge will be made to cover materials costs if you were due to attend a willow workshop.
Please note that if you wish to cancel a workshop which has been purchased via a Craft Courses voucher there terms and conditions apply and they can not be canceled. however, I will be able to reallocate the voucher to be used on one of my other workshops if you are prepared to reimbursement me for the transfer cost Please see my terms and conditions policy
Your right to cancel the items that have been purchased from my shop
If you change your mind please contact me as soon as possible. by telephone or email. If the item has been posted then the order cannot be canceled. If it hasn’t been posted you will be reimbursed the amount minus the card/ paypal fee .
Returning purchased items
For all goods that have been sent to you by post, please contact me asap, a notification to return an item must be received within 14 days of purchase.
If the item has been damaged in transit by the postal service please take photographs of the item and attach these to your contact the email.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received. Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of return postage I would recommend that you sent the item by a traceable method e.g. recorded delivery to ensure its safe return.
Once the item has been received safely you will be refunded the original cost minus the original postage fee.
