Workshop cancellations

I reserve the right to cancel the class if I am unable to run the class due to ill health or bereavement or the venue has to close and we cannot find a alternative venue.

If this happens a new date will be arranged, you will then be given the choice of attending  the replacement workshop, receiving  a credit note against another workshop or requesting  a full refund.

 Cancelling your place

If you wish to cancel your place on a workshop,

Two weeks’ notice must be received to guarantee a full refund this will be sent to you minus a £10 or 25 % cancelation fee (which ever is greater)  to cover the cost of venue hire/ materials.

If you provide less than two weeks notice there will be additional charge for a % of hall hire costs  + If less than one weeks notice is given  a additional charge will be made  to cover materials costs if you were due to attend a willow workshop.

 

Your right to cancel purchase of items  from my shop

If you change your mind please contact me as soon as possible. by telephone or email. If the item has been posted then the order cannot be cancelled. If it hasn’t been posted you will be reimbursed the amount minus the card/ paypal fee .

Returning purchased items

For all goods that have been sent to you by post, please contact me asap, a notification to return a item  must be received within 14 days of purchase.

If the item has been damaged in transit by the postal service please  take photographs of the item and attach these to your contact the email.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received. Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of return postage I would recommend that you  sent the item by a traceable method e.g. recorded delivery to ensure its safe return.

Once the item has been received safely you will be refunded the original cost minus the original postage fee.
